Pour bien comprendre l’histoire de la « Décolonisation-Recolonisation » du Congo-Kinshasa, il faut s’efforcer d’épiloguer sur « les hésitations, les précipitations et autres compromissions » ayant marqué la politique coloniale belge et la « naissance-croissance » de l’Etat congolais. En effet, l’on ne peut trouver d’autres qualificatifs pour peindre « l’agir » du gouvernement belge entre 1908 et 1960 ainsi que celui des « politiques congolais » entre 1960 et 2016… La Belgique s’est moins occupée des questions relatives à l’émancipation du Congo. Elle a pendant plus d’un demi-siècle, contrecarré toute évolution politique des populations congolaises et privilégié uniquement l’exploitation des richesses du Congo sans chercher à investir pour l’avenir. Elle aura accordé l’indépendance dans la précipitation et même dans la confusion la plus totale. La décolonisation aura été une opération « manquée » au Congo-Kinshasa car elle a entrainé des conséquences néfastes sur l’avenir de ce pays… !
