About the Author Irma Meyer holds a Masters Degree in Corporate Communication from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa and has a special interest in leadership communication and internal corporate communication. She currently runs her own Corporate Communication Consultancy after having gained valuable experience in the corporate environment.
