Die Ausführungen gewähren Einblick in die Grundzüge der Verfahren und den Instanzenzug. About the Author Christina Meyer studierte Rechtswissenschaft an der Ludwig-Maximilians- Universität München. Nach der Zweiten Juristischen Staatsprüfung war sie promotionsbegleitend als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Zentrum für Arbeitsbeziehungen und Arbeitsrecht (ZAAR) in München tätig.
