Der Fokus liegt auf der bei Delcourt veröffentlichten Serie Julius Corentin Acquefacques, prisonnier des rêves, die im besonderen Maß ein Ausdruck des spielerisch-experimentellen Umgangs des Autors mit Themen, Traditionen und Normen der Bande dessinée ist. Anhand ihrer Komplexität und sinnaufschiebenden Dynamik zeigt die Autorin, inwiefern Sinn in den Alben Mathieus unaufhörlich akkumuliert und diffundiert. About the Author Kathrin Hahne studierte Germanistik und Romanistik an der Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf. Sie ist Studienrätin für Deutsch und Französisch und unterrichtete auch an der Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf. Sie ist derzeit Attachée linguistique am Goethe-Institut Paris.
