In der stationären kardiologischen Rehabilitation steht kein geeignetes diagnostisches Instrument zur Verfügung, um individuelle und psychosoziale Probleme und Ressourcen der Rehabilitand_innen einzuschätzen. Dadurch werden bestehende individuelle, soziale, geschlechts- und altersspezifische Anforderungen häufig verkannt und angestrebte Rehabilitationsziele können nur eingeschränkt erreicht werden. Durch die Entwicklung einer narrativen Pflegeanamnese und biographischen Pflegediagnostik können im Gegensatz zur herkömmlichen Diagnostik subjektive und kontextspezifische Bedeutungsstrukturen erhoben und vielfältige Verstehensprozesse gefördert werden. Damit gelingt es, wichtige Rehabilitationsziele an die subjektiven Anforderungen der Rehabilitand_innen anzupassen sowie deren Partizipation zu fördern. About the Author Miriam Tariba Richter ist Kinderkrankenschwester und Diplom-Berufspädagogin. Sie studierte Lehramt für Pflegewissenschaft und Psychologie und arbeitet als Pflegewissenschaftlerin in der Abteilung Qualifikations- und Curriculumforschung am Institut für Public Health und Pflegeforschung (IPP) der Universität Bremen.
