Die unmittelbare Realisierung der CIM-fahigen Fabrik Obersteigt die finanziellen Ressourcen der meisten Unternehmen ebenso wie deren organisatorische Moglich keiten und personelle Kapazitaten. Durchgangige CIM-Losungen sind deshalb in der Praxis noch Einzelfalle. Die Herausforderung liegt in der Planung ganzheitlicher Konzepte, in der Integration bestehender Insellosungen sowie in der Realisierung integrationsfahiger CA-Komponenten. CIM - das zeigen aile vorliegenden Erfahrungen - ist eine Unternehmensphilosophie zur zukunftsorientierten Sicherung der Wettbewerbsfahigkeit. Hierzu ist unterneh mensspezifisch zu klaren, welche strategischen Vorteile ein verstarkter CIM-Einsatz bringen kann.
