Die Regelungstechnik hat sich seit jeher mit anwendungs und fachiibergreifenden Fragestellungen beschiiftigt und ist somit eine der klassischen Disziplinen der Systemtechnik. Der Entwurf eines Regelungssystems ist ein Systementwurf und stellt somit einen hohen Anspruch an die Entwickler. Das Studium der Regelungstechnik trainiert das 'Denken' in Systemen. Die Kenntnisse der Regelungstechnik ist eine der wesentlichen Voraussetzungen fiir eine Systementwick lung. Die Behandlung von Fragen in der digitalen Regelungstech nik erfordert Wissen iiber den ProzeI3, also anwen dungsspezifisches Wissen, die regelungstechnischen Theorien sowie Wissen iiber Hardware- und Softwareentwicklung. Das anwendungsspezifische Wissen kann hier nicht vermit telt werden. Es wird yom Anwender im allgemeinen mit gebracht. Die regelungstechnischen Grundlagen sind in der analogen und digitalen Regelungstechnik weitgehend iden tisch. Die Hard- und Softwarefragen sind spezifisch fiir die digitale Regelungstechnik. Das vorliegende Buch setzt auf die analoge Regelungstech nik auf und behandelt die Auspriigung der regelungstech nischen Fragestellungen im digitalen Bereich. Die mathe matischen Werkzeuge werden, soweit fiir den Praktiker notwendig, durchgesprochen und mit Beispielen unter mauert. Die klassischen analogen Regier werden im Digitalen abgebildet. Die iiberwiegend eingesetzten reinen digitalen Regelalgorithmen werden abgeleitet und an gewendet. Die fiir die Hardware-und Softwarerealisierung notwendigen Fragestellungen werden ausfiihrlich behan delt. Die Zeit- und Amplitudenquantisierungen werden hinsichtlich ihrer Auswirkungen auf die Stabilitiit, die Systemgenauigkeit und die Kosten des Systems betrachtet.
