Professor Dr Uwe Backes is deputy director of the Hannah Arendt Institute for Research on Totalitarianism and teaches at the TU Dresden. Dr. Clemens Vollnhals ist Stellvertretender Direktor des Hannah-Arendt-Instituts fÃ"r Totalitarismusforschung e.V. und Lehrbeauftragter fÃ"r Zeitgeschichte an der Technischen Universität Dresden.
