The change in notarial professional law requires new approaches to thinking, changed perspectives and modern solutions in a variety of questions. This applies to access to the profession, to the administration, to the chambers and to the role that the notary's office has in the precautionary administration of justice - in Germany and in Europe. The Act on the Modernisation of Notarial Professional Law aims to now address some of these issues and will subsequently lead to significant changes to the Federal Notarial Regulation. These are presented in the new edition as well as those changes that accompany the introduction of the Electronic Certificate Archive 2022.
