L’étude porte sur la recherche, à partir d’une fonction objective, la configuration qui optimise l’indice de qualité du filé flammé et classique et celui du tissu Denim. A l’aide des méthodes statistiques d’analyse en composantes principales et d’analyse de Path, une recherche des facteurs les plus influents sur l’ensemble des propriétés des fils est effectuée. Après le criblage des différents facteurs, une optimisation de l’indice de qualité des fils textiles a été élaborée par une première approche qui est l’approche par fonction de désirabilité des différentes réponses du fil. Un algorithme est développé permettant de prévoir la qualité composite des fils classique et flammé à partir des paramètres des fibres ainsi qu’à partir des paramètres de filature au moyen des réseaux de neurones.La recherche a été étendue vers le futur tissu par une optimisation de l’impact des facteurs d’entrée sur la qualité du tissu étudié. Tenir compte des caractéristiques des fibres, des fils et des données de fabrication, des modèles neuronaux de prédiction de la qualité globale du tissu sont développés en fonction de la désirabilité global des fils.
