About the Author Glenn D. Walters is Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at Kutztown University in Kutztown, Pennsylvania, USA, where he teaches classes on offender management, research methods, criminology, and substance abuse and crime. Dr Walters has published over 250 articles and book chapters and has authored or co-authored 18 books and edited collections.
