Dr. David Hui is a professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of New Orleans in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Tetsuo Tsuchiya is a research scientist at National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and technology in Tsukuba, Japan.
