Wie bewältigt eine traditionsreiche, seminaristische Ausbildungsstätte diesen Wandel? Welche Auswirkungen hat er auf die Schulkultur? Auf welche Orientierungsmuster stützen sich die Dozierenden und Studierenden und welche Erfahrungen aus der Vergangenheit sind dabei hilfreich? Diese Studie zeigt an einem konkreten Beispiel, wie der institutionelle Transformationsprozess bearbeitet wird. Anhand von Gruppendiskussionen wird die Sicht der schulischen Akteure auf das Übergangsgeschehen aufgezeigt.
