About the Author The Author: Patricia O'Flaherty (1952) is at present Lecturer in French at Dublin City University, having spent fifteen years at the University of Zimbabwe. Her interests include literary theory and the French twentieth-century novel and she has published widely on the work of Henry de Montherlant.
