The European Thematic Network Acume 2 «Interfacing Sciences, Literature and Humanities: an Interdisciplinary Approach» discussed translation theory and practice through an interdisciplinary approach at an international conference held at the University of Calabria in 2009. Highlighting the «double difference» of the translatress, the collection offers a textual tapestry on translation that invites women/readers to question once again the act of translation.
