This book is a comprehensive guide to understanding the mechanical behavior of specific semiconductors: Elemental Semiconductors: Si, Ge; Binary Semiconductors: SiC, GaAs, GaP, InP; Ternary Semiconductors: AlGaAs, GaAsP, ZnCdTe .
