Machuca is Associate Researcher in Philosophy at the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research (Argentina). He is also co-editor of the International Journal for the Study of Skepticism and the book series Brill Studies in Skepticism. His research focuses on skepticism, both ancient and contemporary.
