He is an expert on the Scientific Council under the Security Council of the Russian Federation, and Editor-in-Chief of the journal "Dependability". Dr. Alexei Mikhailovitch Zamyshlyaev was Deputy Director General of the joint stock company “Design & Research Institute for Information Technology, Signalling and Telecommunications on Railway Transport” (JSC NIIAS), Russia.
