About the Author Sukanlaya Sawang is an Associate Dean (Global Engagement) and Professor of Entrepreneurship at Faculty of Business and Law, Coventry University, UK.  Her chief research interests are in the psychological aspects of small business/entrepreneurship and innovation management, areas in which she has published extensively.
