About the Author Durmuş KAYA graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from Yıldız Technical University. He received his M.S. at Kocaeli University and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Sakarya University. His research areas are thermal energy, energy efficiency, energy management, renewable energies, biogas, energy recovery from waste, clean energy technologies, energy and environment. He has contributed to many national and international projects as a Project Manager and a Researcher. He has a large number of published scientific papers in various respected journals.
