About the Author Milan Janić (Ph.D.) is a transport and traffic engineer and planner. At present, he is a Senior Researcher at TUD (Delft University of Technology), The Netherlands and Research Professor at the University of Belgrade (Serbia). Previously, he was Leader of the Research Program and a Senior Researcher at TUD’s OTB Research Institute, Manchester Metropolitan University (UK), Loughborough University (UK), and Institute of Transport of the Slovenian Railways (Slovenia). Dr Janić has been involved in many research and planning projects at both the national and in
