About the Author Milan Janić (Ph.D.) is a transport and traffic engineer and planner. At present, he is a Senior Researcher at TUD (Delft University of Technology), The Netherlands and Research Professor at the University of Belgrade (Serbia). Previously, he was Leader of the Research Program and a Senior Researcher at TUD’s OTB Research Institute, Manchester Metropolitan University (UK), Loughborough University (UK), and Institute of Transport of the Slovenian Railways (Slovenia).
