Le recueil Règlement de sécurité incendie commenté des ERP présente en trois volumes les exigences applicables aux établissements en construction et les obligations des exploitants des établissements en activité. Le règlement de sécurité incendie des établissements recevant du public, créé par l'arrêté du 25 juin 1980, cornait des évolutions régulières. Ainsi, cette 7° édition intègre la refonte du Code de la construction et de l'habitation qui a eu heu en 2021 avec la publication du décret n° 2021-872 du 30 juin 2021. En outre, elle prend en compte les dispositions de l'arrêté du 7 février 2022 modifiant l'arrêté du 25 juin 1980 qui allège certaines dispositions relatives au calcul d'effectif et au classement de certains des ERP de types Let N. Ce premier volume rassemble les dispositions générales : généralités (articles GN, GE), construction (articles CO), aménagements intérieurs, décoration et mobilier (articles AM), désenfumage (articles DF), chauffage, ventilation, réfrigération, climatisation, conditionnement d'air et installations d'eau chaude sanitaire (articles CH), installations au gaz (articles GZ), installations électriques (articles EL), éclairage (articles EC), ascenseurs, escaliers mécaniques et trottoirs roulants (articles AS), grandes cuisines et installation d'appareils de cuisson (articles GC), moyens de secours (articles MS). Il présente également les instructions techniques relatives au désenfumage, aux atriums et aux façades. Les articles du règlement sont commentés et illustrés de nombreux schémas. Ils sont regroupés dans des fiches et classés par chapitres reprenant la structure générale du règlement. Les maîtres d'ouvrage, les concepteurs et les exploitants trouveront dans ce livre l'ensemble des obligations qui leur incombent et les solutions à mettre en oeuvre.
