ISO 20700 A Complete Guide - 2021 Edition

ISO 20700 is the global benchmark for professional service firms seeking consistent, transparent, and accountable consulting delivery. Many organizations stumble because they lack a structured way to measure compliance and continuously improve their consultancy processes. This book delivers a self-assessment methodology built around seven criteria - Recognize, Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control, Sustain. Each criterion contains dozens of targeted ISO 20700 questions. Readers rate each item on a five-point scale, and the scores are plotted on a radar chart Scorecard that instantly reveals the exact areas that need attention. Even readers with limited ISO 20700 experience can quickly gauge their organization's maturity and prioritize actions. Included Professional Toolkit (40-48 Practitioner Tools): The toolkit is generated fresh at the time of purchase, ensuring alignment with the latest ISO 20700 guidance. It is organized into ten sections - Getting Started, Assessment and Planning, Models and Frameworks, Processes and Handoffs, Operations and Execution, Performance and KPIs, Quality and Compliance, Sustainment and Support, Advanced Topics, and Reference. Users receive more than 30 deliverables in Excel, PDF, and markdown formats, all crafted specifically for ISO 20700. The collection includes maturity assessments, gap analyses, decision frameworks, implementation roadmaps, stakeholder maps, process runbooks, KPI dashboard templates, risk matrices, audit checklists, quick reference cards, and more. Each Excel file contains three sheets (Instructions, Template, Pro Tips and Common Mistakes) and each PDF offers Pro Tips, Common Mistakes, and a Quick Reference section. The tools are ready to use without any generic redesign. Every purchase also includes Lifetime Updates. As ISO 20700 evolves, buyers receive refreshed content and updated toolkit materials, guaranteeing that their compliance and improvement programs stay current and effective. This guide is ideal for compliance managers, consulting practice leaders, and project management professionals who must demonstrate ISO 20700 conformity, conduct internal audits, or design consultancy improvement programs. For example, a compliance manager preparing for a client-mandated audit can use the self-assessment to identify gaps, then apply the toolkit's audit checklist and remediation roadmap to achieve certification readiness. Developed by The Art of Service, business process architects serving over 100,000 professionals across 160 countries since 2000. Every book and toolkit draws on 25 years of operational excellence research and a continuously updated knowledge base spanning hundreds of industry frameworks.
