The members of the technical committee were: Professor Peter Robery, UK; Professor Carmen Andrade,Spain; Dr Ulrich Schneck, Germany; Kevin Armstrong, Jersey; Dr John Broomfield, UK. The conference was sponsored by the American Concrete Institute and supported by the Institute of Concrete Technology, The Concrete Society and the Corrosion Prevention Association.
