About the Author Wang Zijin, president dean of Mingde College of Renmin University of China and a professor of national college. He is a member of the Chinese history group of the seventh disciplinary review group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, a consultant of the Chinese Association for the study of Qin and Han history, vice president of the Heluo Culture Research Association of China, vice president of the Chinese rock painting society, and an adjunct professor of the Department of history of Peking University.
