About the Author Christopher Heath is a Member of the Boards of Appeal of the European Patent Office and co-editor of the Max Planck Publication IIC.Kung-Chung Liu is the Lee Kong Chian Professor of Law (Practice) and the Director of the Applied Research Centre for Intellectual Assets and the Law in Asia (ARCIALA) at Singapore Management University.
