NEC3 and NEC4 Compared is a practical reference which covers on a clause-by-clause basis, the differences between the NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts (ECC). This revised edition includes coverage of January 2019, October 2020, and January 2023 amendments. The book presents each clause of NEC3 ECC opposite the new wording of NEC4 ECC with all changes highlighted.
