Education facilitates to adjust himself with other fellowmen and with the nature. The aim of education is to make a person to fulfill his needs in his life. Education should enable a man to use the full potential of his body, mind and spirit and develop in him the ability to make the best use of his own personality, surroundings and circumstances, so that he may accomplish the maximum in his life for himself and for others. Education has both social and individual aims. The individual is the product of society which the society in its own turn finds in its advancement in the development of its individual members. Thompson, G., has observed, "Education is for the individual: its function being to enable the individual to survive and live out his complete life"1 (c.f.: Aggarwal, J.C., 2001, p. 15). According to psychologists, each individual is a unique one and accordingly education should develop the innate powers of the individual.
