Keynes’ macroeconomic revolution is based on his microfoundations of economic behavior derived from ‘casual’ observations but impressively substantiated by rigorous research in behavioral economics and neurology. Ronald Schettkat argues that the allegation of the missing microfoundations in Keynes’ theory is false.
