About the Author Amulya Gurtu is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management at the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business, University of Wisconsin, Green Bay, USA. His research interests are in global manufacturing and supply chains, and its impact on the environment and society. Dr. Gurtu obtained his Ph.D. from Ryerson University, Canada, and an M.B.A. from Ivey Business School, Western University, Canada.
