This book examines how researchers of discourse analysis could best disseminate their work in real world settings. The chapters include studies on spoken and written discourse using various analysis techniques, and the authors discuss how they could best engage professional practice in their work. Techniques used include Conversation Analysis in combination with other methods, genre analysis in combination with other methods, and Critical Discourse Analysis.
