About the Author Pablo Gonzalez-Dominguez earned his J.S.D. in International Human Rights Law from the University of Notre Dame (U.S.A.), his LL.M. in International Legal Studies from the Georgetown University Law Center (U.S.A.) and his LL.B. from Universidad Panamericana (Mexico). He works as Staff Attorney at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and as Guest Lecturer and Researcher in Human Rights at Universidad Panamericana (Mexico). His research interest concerns the Inter-American Human Rights System, Comparative Legal Systems and Public International Law.
