Before joining the OECD, Dr. Bacio Terracino worked as an independent anti-corruption consultant, as a lawyer in the private sector, and as Human Rights Officer at the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, where he was adviser on anti-corruption, good governance, and globalization. Of Argentinean/Italian nationality, Dr. Bacio Terracino holds a PhD and Masters Degree in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva and a Law Degree from the University of Buenos Aires.
