The Apostolic Writings is the most transparent and well documented translation from verifiable Aramaic sources. A list of these is provided for the discerning Bible student. For the first time, dozens of critical Aramaic manuscripts going back as far as 390 CE have been brought together and carefully compared, analyzed, and collated, along with the testimony of the scribes who wrote them and the Aramaic saints who commented on them. Many of these sources have never before been translated into English, giving the reader unprecedented access to the world of the Aramaic Scriptures, versus popular Bible translations from Greek or like King James which stem from newer manuscripts dating from around 1000-1550 CE. THE APOSTOLIC WRITINGS, also known as the New Testament, the Renewed Covenant or the Peshitta: Reconnects the modern believer to the biblical times and culture Yeshua and his disciples lived, based on the teaching of Moses and the Prophets. Contains beautifully enhanced and accented words of First Covenant writings (Old Testament) in BLUE and the words of the Messiah in RED. Immediately you will see, as you are reading, how much our Messiah and his Apostles referred back to the Old Testament and the Torah in their teachings to bring believers back to The Way. Gives biographical summaries of each author and historical context before each book. Has more than 2,500 footnotes to bring greater understanding and resolve misunderstandings. Shabbat Our Jewish Messiah and Savior, Yeshua (Jesus), and his Apostles spoke Aramaic in 1st century Israel, so it's important to know what they actually said and meant in their Aramaic writings. This version of The Apostolic Writings comes with Hebraic and Aramaic names and more footnotes from important authorities including two 4th century Aramaic writers (d. 345-373). It comes in a large print, 8.5” x 11” book with a 12 point font. 9 point fonts are used for the footnotes. There are 2 other versions of this translation.
