Donald Scotten is an adjunct assistant professor of law at the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law. He teaches courses on business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, and the United States legal system. Before joining USC, Professor Scotten held the position of first vice-president and senior counsel for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., and was a senior associate at Howrey LLP. He earned his J.D., Order of the Coif, at the College of William and Mary Law School and is currently pursuing an executive LL.M in taxation.
