This volume also explains the error reporting and recovery mechanisms inherent within the protocol suite, the manner in which Quality of Service is implemented, and discusses the use of Broadcasts and other multiple station delivery mechanisms. Finally, Volume One describes the various routing protocols that allow our data to be delivered regardless of changes and failures that may occur within our networks.
