Based on data published during the last 40 years of the 20th century, this volume summarizes specific formulations and stability studies. It contains monographs on 280 products - an increase of 74 over the first edition of this title - arranged alphabetically by nonproprietary name. Each monograph is organized into four easy-to-use categories: Properties, General Stability Considerations, Stability Reports of Compounded Products, and Commercial Availability. A fifth category, Compatibility With Other Drug Products, is included where information is available. The book also features over 670 references - an increase of 221 over the first edition - from the worldwide literature.
