Updates include: 32-bit code which runs about four times faster than the previous version; more nodes, segments and unknowns for the user's analysis; and improved graphic capabilities for displaying results, including Smith chart and polar-radiation patterns. This low-cost programme features special numerical integration techniques that aim to give professionals the fastest results of any microcomputer software without sacrificing accuracy. With this resource, engineers can analyze various antennas, such as simple monopoles and dipoles, loops, broadcast tower antennas, log-periodic and Yagi-Udi arrays. This software should be useful to: engineers involved with the research and design of wire antennas; professionals working in radio engineering, microwave technology, radar techniques and electromagnetic compatibility and communications; as well as postgraduate students interested in these areas. A 250-page user's manual is provided with the CD-ROM.
