Arrington is Professor of Philosophy at Georgia State University. His publications include Rationalism, Realism, and Relativism (1990), Wittgenstein and Quine (1991), and Wittgenstein's Philosophical Investigations: Text and Context (1992), both with H.-J. Glock, and Western Ethics: An Historical Introduction (Blackwell 1998). In addition to his published work, Robert Arrington was an Advisory Editor to David Cooper's Ethics: The Classic Readings (Blackwell 1997).
