About the Author Sarah Ransdell has written over 100 journal articles, books, and software since receiving her PhD in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Florida. She is currently a Professor of Health Science at Nova Southeastern University, USA. Her research focus includes psychology, health science, and education, especially as they affect the modern life of teachers. She has joined forces with a multi-generation group of her teacher colleagues to promote self-care in teachers of all ages.
