About the Author Professor Bheki R. Mngomezulu is a Full Professor of Political Science at the University of the Western Cape, South Africa. He holds seven degrees in History, Political Science and Education, in addition to an SSTD. He has published five books (including The President for Life Pandemic in Africa), ten book chapters, and several journal articles. He has formerly served as the CEO of the Mzala Nxumalo Centre, and as Senior Lecturer and Academic Leader of the International and Public Affairs Cluster at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. He is also a political analyst for various TV and radio stations and newspapers.
