He conducts consultancies for major consulting firms such as Booze, ?PricewaterhouseCoopers and others in technical missions and projects. He is active in ?international community of e-governance, strategies and policies of smart governance, mobile ?government, smart cities and smart sectors, and ICT for development. He previously held post of ?ICT regional adviser in UN-ESCWA, and then moved to UNU IIST. Currently he is engaged in ?Enterprise Architecture work with UN ESCAP.
