The work represents a systematic and practical analysis of the relevant rules, matter and terminology of international sales law. Both for practitioners as well as researchers and students the manual offers a comprehensive and in-depth overview of the relevant legal international and national regulations, taking into account the practice-relevant topics and of the relevant soft law regulations.
