US diplomacy , US strategy , US operations have miserably failed in Af Pak and Iraq because existing larger US so called client states like Iraq,Saudi Arabia ,Turkey,Pakistan and even Karzai led Afghanistan did not play by US rules. Reliance on these states are like friendship with a man who in reality is a serpent ! Or friendship with a girl who in reality is a man ! Iraqi Shia regime who were saved only by US from Saddam stabbed US in its back by double crossing US at every stage ! While Pakistans economy experienced documented record growth afer 9/11 thanks to US largesse all along Pakistani state shed crocodiles tears about suffering economic losses because of its dubious alliance with USA ! When the British experienced such issues they divided states ! But in USA we have a strange state which cannot perceive where its rear is located , where are its flanks and where is its front ? At every stage US taxpayers money was wasted and double dealing and triple dealing was rule of the game ! Unless smaller ethnic and even sectarian states or autonomous states are created US policy will fail miserably in all major crisis regions. Safety lies in a policy which patronises minorities and creates mini Israels. Safety lies in a Muslim mercenary force which is hard hitting and clearly defined and operated under iron 200 % fool proof US control. Any aid to Jordan ,Iraq , Turkey , Pakistan and Saudi Arabia will be swindled and pocketed in private accounts. Mercenary corporate entities or new states created in Afghanistan and Iraq must be governed by British Afghan model of foreign relations where client states only have foreign relations with USA who funds them and with no other state.This model was successfully practised in Afghanistan by English East India Company from 1842 to 1858 and by British crown from 1858 to 1919. NOT A SINGLE CENT OF US TAX PAYERS MONEY BE WASTED. IN THEIR HEARTS THESE STATES BELIEVE THAT EATING AND STEALING US AID IS ALSO JIHAD ! THE ONLY RIGHT MOVE IS TO RAISE A MUSLIM MERCENARY FORCE DIRECTLY UNDER US STATE CONSISTING OF ETHNIC AND SECTARIAN MINORITIES LIKE KURDS , HAZARAS, UZBEKS , BALOCH ETC. IDEALLY A BALOCH STATE CAN BE CREATED IN WEST AFGHANISTAN AND A KURD STATE WITH ACCESS TO SEA IN IRAQ AND SYRIA . THESE TWO STATES DEFINED BY A ONE STATE DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS CAN BE STRATEGIC PIVOT OF AN ELITE BALOCH /KURD/UZBEK/HAZARA/ALAVI ARMY. HAZARAS ARE GOOD FIGHTERS AND ALTHOUGH SHIA REGARDED BY IRANIANS AS AN INFERIOR RACE . IF A WAR TAKES PLACE I WOULD PLACE MY BETS IN HAZARAS RATHER THAN IRANIANS AS FIGHTERS.
