CREATESPACE Transformation: Get it Right the First Time

History tells us that enterprises do little to change themselves until they hit rock bottom and when they do try to change, they fail over 75% of the time. Today, however, when the economy is fragile and your business is on the line it’s time to act. Transform your enterprise at the speed of battle - and get it right the first time. Successful change requires a straightforward and proven method that guides you to reconstitute your resources and refine your enterprise into strong and agile sets of integrated teams that drive the business to flourish despite unpredictable markets and political disorder. This book describes in step-by-step detail how to swiftly and confidently transform your enterprise into a perennial winner using Enterprise Transformation Methodology (ETM). The authors are masterful practitioners of the transformational methods presented in this book. Each is a former senior executive, entrepreneur and consultant who today stewards the fourth fastest-growing privately held firm in the United States (Inc. Magazine, 2008) after only four years in business. Today they routinely bring similar successes to their customers — public and private sector alike. In 2008, for example, their teams delivered the largest-ever Oracle-based Human Resources and Payroll Management business system solutions under a U.S. Department of Defense contract in Iraq. This delivery took in 18 months and cost $14 million — well ahead of schedule; significantly under budget; and less than the previous largest delivery, which cost over $150 million and five years to complete. These accomplishments, along with others we cite, were achieved through the ETM principles and practices described in this book combined with a strong work ethic. These methods will poise your enterprise for certain success and economy-proof growth. Invest in ETM. It will be the lowest-risk decision you’ll make.
