Derya Aydin Okur is an Assistant Professor of International Law and the head of the Law of the Sea Section at Istanbul KÃ¼ltÃ¼r University, Turkey. Her teaching and research interests include public international law, law of the sea and environmental law. She has published on these and related areas in both Turkish and English.
