Linn Egeberg Holmgren is Senior Lecturer in Social Work at Centre for Social Work (CESAR) in the Department of Sociology at Uppsala University in Sweden. Sandy Ruxton is an independent policy advisor and researcher, and an Honorary Research Fellow at Durham University in the UK. Stephen R.
