About the Author Christopher Heginbotham OBE is Emeritus Professor of Mental Health Policy and Management at the University of Central Lancashire. Karen Newbigging is Principal Lecturer/Senior Researcher in the International School for Communities, Rights and Inclusion at the University of Central Lancashire.
