Shashkova is Professor of Law at the Moscow State University of International Relations (MGIMO), and Honorary Consul for St. Vincent and the Grenadines. She is also a lawyer of the Moscow Region Bar Association, and the author of 17 books on Russian business, corporate and financial law, and of numerous publications in Russian periodicals.
