Cooter (Ph.D., Texas Woman’s University) is Professor Emerita at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, and former Executive Director of the Kentucky Council for Economic Education. She is a facilitator for financial empowerment trainings for the Louisville Metro government.
